We offer two convenient shipping options to get your resortwear to you:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Best for: When you need your items faster
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Cost: FREE for orders over $50 USD
- Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers who can wait a little longer
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item name and size/color
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our sunny customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Step 3: Package and Ship
Include the RAN on your package and ship to:

We’ll process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund or exchange is being processed.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.
- If the item you’re exchanging for is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

International Returns
